• Was born and raised in Montreal, Quebec.
• Speaks fluent French, as it was her first language. She also speaks fluent English and some Spanish.
• Knew from a very early age that she wanted to be a professional wrestler. It was the only thing Valary ever truly wanted to do with her life. She knew that she wanted to do it after her first event that she attended with her grandfather Maurice "Mad Dog" Vachon when she was three years old. The love for wrestling continued watching how the women in her family (tapes of Vivian Vachon, mostly, and then watching Gertrude 'Luna' Vachon growing up) continue the Vachon family legacy.
• Ended up moving to the United States when she was 18 years of age. She moved to Omaha, Nebraska to live closer to her grandfather. It was after she finished high school that she really started perusing a professional wrestling career. She trained with her grandfather (as much as he could train her, rather, mostly mentally than physically) and she was also trained by Luna, as well. Later on in her training, she trained with Ron Hutchinson, also. She didn't go straight to the 'big leagues' so to speak.
• Spent time in the independent circuit. She did a lot of training and wrestling in Steel Domain Wrestling, NWA Mid-West, IWA:MS, Shimmer and FIP. She also spent some time in the country of her birth, wrestling north of the border just to perfect her craft.
• She spent 5 years on the independent circuit before trying out for WWE. She was always told the importance of knowing your craft before trying to pursue for something so much bigger than yourself. She worked in OVW for a brief time before moving up to the main roster. She made her debut in 2006.
• Though she travels 300 plus days a year, she maintains a strong sense of relations with her friends and family. She no longer lives in Montreal at all, having dual citizenship in both America and Canada. Her residence when she isn't on the road with World Wrestling Entertainment is in Pennsylvania, USA in a smaller, rural area known as West Chester. She moved there after hearing rave reviews of the quiet, serene nature from friends.
• Is a very active young woman. She's also a bit of an adrenaline junkie. She weight trains and works out 5 to 6 days a week. She loves football and baseball, rock climbing, biking, hiking, bungee jumping, water skiing, snowboarding, just anything that she is up and moving. She loves the outdoors, and during warm weather and time that she actually has off she enjoys camping and going to the beach a lot.
• Is single, by choice. She kind of learned her lesson about dating wrestlers (as odd as that may sound) having been in a couple very awkward relationships with her co-workers over the past few years. At this point she tries to maintain herself in a more reserved manner when it comes to people she's in a relationship with. Her sexuality is assumed straight, however if an opportunity arose she'd probably give the other team a chance. She's not really picky as far as gender (since love knows no gender it only knows heart and soul) but she IS picky about whom she'll date these days.
• Personality wise she's a very fun loving, bubbly individual. She doesn't drink often (jell-o shots and mike's hard lemonade/twisted tea is about as 'hard' as she gets on any given day) and she absolutely doesn't smoke. She tries to maintain her health as tip-top as she can knowing that getting sick on the road is the absolute worst. She loves the traveling and seeing new places but when you're not healthy it just doesn't have the appeal. So she tries to maintain as healthy of a regimen as she possibly can.
• Music lover to the nines. She listens to anything and everything. She has specific music that she works out to, stuff like Pantera and Primal Scream, and while she has more of a hard rock edge - she'll give anything a chance. She even listens to some hip hop and some country, as well.
• Loves drawing/painting/writing. She finds a lot of relaxation in painting and is in the midst of painting the new home she bought in Pennsylvania on her off days. Each room is having a different feel, different style and different look. Just to exploit her dimensional personality.
• In March 2010 her grandfather, "Mad Dog" Vachon, is being inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame Wrestlemania Weekend (3-27-10) and she's incredibly excited. She finds it to be a huge pride to see how her grandfather's work is being recognized and she'll be present for the Hall of Fame induction.

• At EXTREME RULES (4-25-10) Veronique Vachon picked up her third coveted Women's Championship reign defeating Sasah Pierson in an Extreme Makeover Match in Baltimore, Maryland.
• Veronique Vachon was injured on a taping of WWE Superstars VS Rosa Mendes. On the 5-14-10 episode of Smackdown, she lost the Women's Title and announced that she was forced to be sidelined because the injury. She wrote on her WWEUniverse blog that she suffered a "generous bone bruise, torn and displaced Meniscus, sprained MCL and had completely torn ACL" which required surgery. She was slotted for surgery on 5-18-10.
